Remote Software Support with TeamViewer
HV Power use TeamViewer, to provide enhanced support to our customers. TeamViewer allows computers remotely connected via the Internet to share views of PC screens/desktops. TeamViewer can be used for online meetings, or to provide remote PC support.
TeamViewer is licensed, but free for use for non-commercial purposes. HV Power has a licence for commercial use and by HV Power instigating a meeting, the invited participants do not need their own commercial licence.You can download a copy of the TeamViewer directly from the www.teamviewer.com web site.
You can also download a "Quick Support" version, which is an application that runs only when needed, it’s not installed on your computer and doesn’t require administrator-level access.
With the QuickSupport app, we will request a remote connection, and when you accept the connection, the remote session will begin. Download Quick Support from here.
